Reality Check: Deflating Mitch's economic "hot streak"

I saw this on TV last night, and I think it is a great job of investigative reporting by WTHR.  Mitch Roob looked like a school kid caught stealing erasers.  And DEAD silence from Mitch Daniels, who if not caught in outright lies, this is very close to it.  

But... why couldn't a Democratic candidate have come up with this in 2008???  I know both Demo gubernatorial candidates talked about Daniel's jobs numbers not being right, but a picture is worth a thousand words, and empty factories and barren fields tell a better story.
